Platform scales are widely used in various industries for storing, measuring, and weighing goods. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, rich functions, durability, and good stability.

The following are precautions for the TCS electronic series platform scale:

(1) Maintain good weighing habits during use. During the weighing process, try to place the goods in the middle position of the electronic platform scale to balance the force on the scale sensor. Avoid uneven force distribution on the weighing platform, which may cause fine tilting and result in inaccurate weighing, and affect the service life of the electronic platform scale

(2) Before each use, check if the horizontal steam drum is centered to ensure accurate weighing

(3) Regularly clean the debris on the sensor to avoid touching it and causing inaccurate weighing and jumping

(4) Regularly check whether the wiring is loose, broken, and whether the grounding wire is secure

(5) Regularly check whether the limit clearance is reasonable, and whether the scale body comes into contact or collides with other objects
